TQC VF2108 single-channe Fineness Gauge is a precision scraper fineness grindometer with a range of 0-250μm, hardened and polished tool steel with an accuracy of +/- 2μm. This product is widely used in the detection of particle size and fineness of grinding such as Coating colorants, paints varnish, pigment filler, etc.

Principle
The Fineness Gauge is designed by single-channe, and the sample is scraped on the scale plate with a drawdown blade, and the fineness value is read according to the distribution of particles in the groove, so as to detect the particle size and fineness of grinding materials such as coatings and pigments.

Steps
1. Prepare the sample and place it on the Fineness Gauge groove.
2. Use the drawdown blade to scrape the sample evenly.
3. Observe the particle distribution and read the fineness value.

• Avoid severe friction between drawdown blade and Fineness Gauge surface during operation.
• Regularly check for accuracy and calibrate if necessary.
