Overview
TQC sheen VF2198 Afnor viscosity cup is a laboratory viscosity measurement tool made of titanium anodic oxidation aluminum, specially used for viscosity testing of coatings, paints and other liquids. Each product is manufactured through a rigorous process and engraved with an independent serial number.
Features
1. Titanium anodic oxidation aluminum material, durable and lightweight
2. Each cup is engraved with an independent serial number for easy tracking and management
3. Designed for laboratory environments for accurate viscosity measurement
4. Flow hole diameter 8mm, cup height 75mm, cup width 85mm, compact structure
Principle
Afnor viscosity cup is based on the principle of liquid outflow time through the standard aperture, and the viscosity value is calculated by measuring the time that a specific volume of liquid flows out of the cup, which meets the requirements of the NF T030-014 standard.
Applications
Coatings, paints and other liquid viscosity measurement
Steps
1. Prepare the liquid sample to be tested
2. Immerse the viscosity cup in the liquid or fill it to the specified level
3. Record the time required for the liquid to completely flow out of the orifice
4. Calculate the viscosity value according to the outflow time and standard formula
5. Clean the cup for next use
Notice
• Make sure the cup is clean and drying before use to avoid residues affecting the Measurement accuracy
• Keep Ambient Temperature Stable during Operation to Prevent Temperature Changes from Affecting Viscosity
• Strictly follow the standard process to measure the outflow time to ensure the accuracy of the results
• Handle with care to avoid collision damage to the flow hole or cup structure
• Regularly check the cup serial number and integrity to ensure compliance with standard requirements
