The TQC AB4120 Automatic Film Applicator provides a reliable foundation for applying film to test jams, panels or foils in a uniform and repeatability manner, eliminating changes caused by human factors. The device comes standard with a Glass bed and supports a variety of coating methods.

Principle
The Automatic Film Applicator achieves uniform film thickness across the entire surface by controlling parameters such as speed, pressure and draft direction, stabilizing variables such as shear rate and applicator weight. The device can be used in conjunction with a standard block film coating applicator or a spiral rod film applicator to guide operation through the TripleI ® intelligent lighting interface.

Steps
1. Prepare the test substrate and place it in the film area
2. Select and install the appropriate coating applicator or bar
3. Set Spreader parameters (speed, Travel, etc.) through TripleI ® interface
4. Start the automatic film program
5. Record drying time (optional)
6. Remove the sample after finishing the film
Notice
• The maximum test cardboard thickness does not exceed 9mm
• The maximum thickness of the test substrate does not exceed 35mm
• The minimum length of the coating rod is 345mm and the maximum diameter is φ 10mm
• Miscellaneous film applicator width does not exceed 300mm, height range is 10~ 80mm
• Power supply voltage matching (100~ 240VAC/50~ 60Hz) before use
• Pay attention to Vacuum Area Adaptation during operation
• Regularly update the software to ensure proper functionality
