The TQC AB4220 Automatic Film Applicator features a reliable base design that allows film to be applied to test jams, panels or foils in a uniform and repeatability manner, effectively eliminating changes caused by human factors. This model comes standard with a perforated vacuum bed, suitable for laboratory precision film needs.

Principle
Automatic Film Applicators ensure uniform film thickness over the entire surface by precisely controlling variable factors such as speed, pressure, and draft direction. Using a standard block type film coating applicator or spiral rod type film applicator, combined with a Vacuum chuck system, achieves repeability of sample prepative.

Steps
1. Prepare the test substrate and place it on a vacuum bed
2. Select the appropriate film application tool
3. Set Spreader parameters through TripleI ® navigation tool
4. Start the automatic film program
5. Record drying time (optional)
6. Remove the sample after finishing the film
Notice
• Ensure that the maximum test cardboard thickness does not exceed 9mm
• The maximum thickness of the test substrate shall not exceed 35mm
• The length of the coating rod should be more than 345mm
• The diameter of the coating rod shall not exceed φ 10mm
• Miscellaneous film applicator width should be ≤ 300mm
• Miscellaneous film applicator height should be within 10~ 80mm
• Operating temperature must not exceed + 100 ° C Ambient Temperature
• Vacuum chuck system working properly before use
