Overview
The TQC AB4320 Automatic Film Applicator features a dual-channel vacuum bed design that allows film to be applied to test jams, panels or foils in a uniform and repeatability manner, effectively eliminating human-induced changes. The device supports a variety of film application tools, with an intelligent lighting interface and a full-color LCD screen for easy operation.

Principle
Automatic Film Applicator ensures uniform film thickness distribution by precisely controlling coating speed, pressure and drafting direction, eliminating the influence of factors such as shear rate and applicator weight on the results. The equipment uses Vacuum chuck to fix the substrate, with bar or drawdown blade for Spreader, intelligent interface guides the operation flow, and realizes the sample preparation of repeability.

Steps
1. Prepare the test substrate and place it on a vacuum bed
2. Select and install the appropriate film application tool (bar or drawdown blade)
3. Set Spreader parameters (rate, Travel, etc.) through TripleI ® interface
4. Start Vacuum chuck fixed substrate
5. Execute the automatic film program
6. Record drying time (optional)
7. Remove the sample for subsequent testing
Notice
• Ensure that the thickness of the substrate does not exceed the maximum allowable value (9mm for test cardboard, 35mm for substrate)
• The diameter of the coating rod should be within 10mm and the length should not be less than 345mm.
• Check Vacuum chuck system working properly before operation
• Pay attention to the coating speed range (0.1-500 mm/s) when setting parameters
• Regularly update the software to ensure functional integrity
• Clean Spreader after use
• Operating temperature range (heating bed optional)
