The TQC Automatic Film Applicator AB4420 is an empty machine model that can be combined to fit a variety of accessories to apply film to test jams, panels or foils in a uniform and repeatability manner, eliminating changes caused by human factors. The equipment provides a reliable basis for ensuring the Stability and conformity of the film process.

Principle
Automatic Film Applicator ensures uniform film thickness by controlling variable factors such as coating speed, pressure and draft direction. Use a standard block type film coating applicator or spiral rod type film applicator combined with Vacuum chuck and optional heating to stabilize the film process. Intelligent lighting interface guides operation and improves operation intuitiveness.

Steps
1. Prepare to test cardboard, panel, or foil substrates
2. Select and install coating applicator or bar according to requirements
3. Set Spreader parameters (such as speed, Travel) through TripleI ® navigation tools
4. Start the film process, the device automatically executes the Spreader
5. Optional record drying time or use heating function
6. Remove the sample after completion for subsequent testing
Notice
• Ensure that the thickness of the substrate does not exceed the maximum test cardboard thickness of 9mm or the maximum test substrate thickness of 35mm
• The length and diameter of the coating rod must be within the specified range (minimum length 345mm, maximum diameter φ 10mm)
• When using Vacuum chuck, pay attention to dimensional compatibility (DIN A5, A4, A3 or Scrub)
• Check power supply and energy consumption before operation to avoid over-limit use
• Regularly update the software to ensure proper functionality
