Principle
Automatic Film Applicator controls variables such as speed, pressure and draft direction to ensure uniform film thickness and eliminate irregularities such as shear rate and applicator weight. The device uses a standard block type film coating applicator or a spiral rod type film applicator, combined with TripleI ® intelligent lighting interface, to guide the operator through the film process and achieve repeability of the sample.
