It is made of stainless steel and can resist the erosion of acidic or alkaline substances in Coatings or cleaning agents.

Principle

Steps
Select the appropriate finish of the Baker coating applicator VF1515 for the desired wet film thickness (100 µm, 150 µm, 200 µm or 250 µm).
2. Place the coating applicator on a flat or stationary solid substrate.
3. Roll the coating applicator evenly along the substrate to ensure that the application width is 80mm.
4. After Spreader is completed, clean the coating applicator in time to avoid Coating residue.
