Principle
The Magnetic Stirrer generates a swirl/spin magnetic field driven by a motor, which drives the stirrer swirl/spin in the container to realize the stirring function. The heating system detects the temperature of the solution through a temperature sensor. When the measured temperature is lower than the set temperature, the heating system starts-up to heat up; when the temperature reaches the set value or the table temperature reaches the set value, the heating system is turned off, and the temperature is maintained by repeated actions.

Steps
1. Trial operation: connect the power supply, turn on the power switch, and adjust the speed control knob clockwise for no-load trial operation
2. Stirring operation: Lay the machine flat, place the container in the center of the workbench, put in an appropriate stirrer and turn it on for operation
3. Temperature control: insert the temperature sensor into the rear socket of the fuselage, put it in the container solution, and turn on the power switch
4. Temperature setting: set the measurement switch up, adjust the temperature setting knob to set the required temperature
5. Temperature measurement: Set the measurement switch down, and the display shows the actual Measuring temperature
6. Rotation speed display: Rotate the gear switch 1-4 to display the Rotation speed of each person
Notice
• No-load test operation must be carried out before use. If there is any abnormal sound, the cause must be identified and ruled out before use.
• The container should not be made of iron or magnetic materials, and the bottom thickness should not be greater than 10mm and should be smooth
• Rotation speed should be gradually accelerated from slow to fast, too fast acceleration is easy to make the stirrer escape
• If the stirrer is not in the center of the container, you can turn it on and idle before shutting down, and the stirrer will be automatically sucked into the center.
• When not heating, just adjust the countertop temperature knob to zero
