Overview
SILE INTRUMENT 95-1 Magnetic Stirrer has standard functions such as stirring, heating, automatic thermostatic, timing, etc., and innovatively adds a two-way stirring function, which can automatically switch between forward and reverse rotation, and adjust the commutation time. The device can also achieve full mixing of media at a low Rotation speed, especially suitable for teaching and scientific research experiments in the fields of technology, biochemistry, etc.

Principle
The Magnetic Stirrer drives the internal magnet swirl/spin through the motor to generate a swirl/spin magnetic field, which drives the stirrer in the container to rotate synchronously to achieve solution mixing. The heating part is heated by the heater, and the Power is adjusted by the temperature control system. Combined with the external electrical contact mercury-filledthermometer, automatic thermostatic control can be realized. The two-way stirring function runs alternately through the forward and reverse of the motor to ensure that the medium is fully mixed.

Steps
1. Trial operation: turn on the power supply, turn on the switch, adjust the speed control knob clockwise, and check whether the motor is running normally
2. Stirring operation: Place the container in the center of the table, put in the stirrer, and gradually accelerate the Rotation speed after starting
3. Heating operation: insert the two-core plug into the thermometer jack, adjust the temperature speed knob to control the Heating power
4. Automatic thermostatic: self-distribution electrical contact mercury-filledthermometer, insert solution and set temperature to achieve automatic temperature control
5. After use: unplug the power supply, clean the appearance, chill down and keep it
Notice
• The power supply needs to be reliably grounded
• The solution in the container should not be too full to prevent overflow during stirring
• The heating part cannot be used alone
• Container material must not be iron or magnetic, bottom thickness should not exceed 10mm and smooth
• Rotation speed should be accelerated gradually to avoid agitator escaping
• Electrical contacts are fragile and need to be used with care
