Overview
SILE INTRUMENT HW18-1 Infrared Intelligent Magnetic Stirrer is an advanced equipment that replaces the old Heating mode such as Electric Mantle and oil bath. It adopts PID automatic temperature control and infrared radiation heating, and is equipped with microcrystalline Glass barrier, which is safer to use, more accurate temperature control, small temperature punch, long service life, stirring Rotation speed can be constant, low speed 50r/min is also very constant, with 10r/min increment, Rotation speed display is correct, timing time is up to 9999 minutes, with temperature and Rotation speed dual display functions, support table and medium temperature setting and measurement switching.

Principle
The Magnetic Stirrer achieves precise temperature control through infrared radiant Heating mode combined with a PID automatic temperature control system. The stirring function swirls/spins the stirrer in the container by magnetically driving the stirrer to achieve uniform mixing of the solution. The temperature sensor PT100 is used to Measuring temperature, supporting table and medium temperature switching to ensure accurate temperature transfer.
Steps
1. Screw the watch rod into the threaded hole in the upper right corner of the instrument and fix the Sensor bracket
2. Place the instrument smoothly, insert the temperature sensor plug and tighten the lock nut; if the sensor cannot be placed in the medium, unplug the plug and automatically switch to the countertop temperature setting and measurement, and connect the power cord
3. Place the container containing the solution, put in the appropriate stirrer (spindle stirrer for spherical container), adjust the height of the temperature sensor and put it into the solution more than 10mm
4. Turn on the power switch, the monitor lights up, and enters the standard state after a few seconds
5. Rotate the Rotation speed key to modify the Rotation speed setting value, left-handed minus, right-handed plus; after setting, point to turn on or off Rotation speed
6. Rotate the temperature button to modify the temperature setting value, left-handed minus, right-handed plus; after setting, point to start heating (the running light is on, the heating light is on), and point to stop heating again
7. Long press the temperature button to display LK and the number "0". After releasing, point to press the temperature button to check the timing running time, current temperature, and set timing time in turn (the swirl/spin temperature key changes 0~ 9999). The fourth time, point to exit the setting.
8. Rotate the Rotation speed button slightly to check the original setting Rotation speed, swirl/spin can change the setting
9. Turn the temperature button to check the original set temperature
10. The operation is the same as step 7 to check the timed running time
Notice
• The temperature sensor needs to be placed in the solution of more than 10mm to ensure the accuracy of temperature transmission
• Set the temperature lock when the running light is on, and the set temperature value cannot be changed
• The timing function is turned off each time it is turned on, and it needs to be reset after turning it on.
• In the timing function, the Measuring temperature starts timing when it reaches the set temperature
• No stirrer can be placed in the solution when single heating is timed, but it is recommended that the stirring Rotation speed be about 500 rpm to facilitate the heat dissipation of the instrument
• When stirring regularly without heating, set the set temperature below the Measuring temperature, and then point and press the temperature key and Rotation speed key
