Overview
TY98-1 Magnetic Stirrer is an improved product of SILE INTRUMENT brand on the basis of X98-1 type. The equipment adopts three-phase motor and closed-loop control technology to achieve constant speed operation, with a minimum Rotation speed of 50 rpm. The case panel is made of stainless steel, the height is reduced by 25mm, the temperature control adopts PT100 Sensor and PID method, the temperature control accuracy reaches 0.5 level, and the heating timing and voltage regulator functions are added.

Principle
The Magnetic Stirrer generates a swirl/spin magnetic field through the motor drive, which drives the stirrer swirl/spin in the container to realize the stirring function. The temperature control uses the PT100 temperature sensor to monitor the temperature in real time, and the Heating power is precisely adjusted through the PID algorithm to achieve precise temperature control. Rotation speed control adopts a closed-loop system to ensure that the motor works at a constant speed.
Steps
1. When using it for the first time, do not plug in the external heater, place the mixing container, external heater, stirrer and temperature sensor
2, Rotation speed knob to 0, connect the power cord, switch up
3. After about 4 seconds, the display screen enters the standard state. Measuring temperature is displayed in the upper row, and setting value is displayed in the lower row
4. Press the temperature button, the upper row shows SP, and the swirl/spin knob adjusts the lower row to the desired set temperature
5. Press the temperature button to exit the setting and return to the standard interface
6. Adjust the voltage regulation range percentage according to the heater Power and required temperature
Notice
• Do not plug in the external heater when using it for the first time
• Rotation speed knob should be adjusted to 0 before connecting the power supply
• When adjusting the pressure regulation range, the percentage needs to be adjusted according to the actual heating effect
• The percentage should be lowered when the temperature overshoot
• The percentage should be increased when the temperature does not go up
