Overview
SILE INTRUMENT 98-2 Magnetic Stirrer has made a number of improvements on the original basis: the motor is changed from single-phase to three-phase, and the closed-loop control is used to achieve constant speed operation. The minimum Rotation speed can reach 50 rpm; the chassis is made of stainless steel, the height is reduced by 25mm, and the weight is reduced by 0.5kg. The product has the characteristics of high power and strong magnetic force, and is suitable for stirring of large-capacity and high-viscosity media.
Features
1. Replace the original single-phase motor with a three-phase motor
2. Closed-loop control for constant speed operation
3. Rotation speed up to 50 rpm
4. Stainless steel casing design
5. Height reduced by 25mm, weight reduced by 0.5kg
6. Features high power and strong magnetic force
7. Suitable for stirring in large-capacity, high-viscosity media
Principle
The Magnetic Stirrer generates a swirling/spinning magnetic field driven by the motor, so that the stirrer in the container swirls/spins to realize the stirring and mixing of the solution. A closed-loop Control system is used to ensure that the motor works at a constant speed.
Applications
Large volume, high viscosity medium mixing
Steps
1. Lay the instrument flat, put the container containing the solution in the middle of the front of the instrument, put an appropriate stirrer in the container, use a cylindrical stirrer for the flat-bottomed container, and a spindle stirrer for the spherical container. The container cannot be made of ferromagnetic materials
2. Plug in the power supply, turn on the power switch, the power indicator light is on, adjust the speed knob clockwise, Stirrer can run from slow to fast, the user can adjust the stirring speed as needed, and the speed needs to be gradually accelerated or decelerated
3. After the instrument is used, unplug the power supply, clean the appearance, and keep it properly
Notice
• The power supply needs to be reliably grounded
• The solution in the container should not be overfilled to avoid overflow when stirring
