Overview
The Magnetic Stirrer is a large-capacity Magnetic Stirrer of the SILE INTRUMENT brand 90-1 model. It has a sturdy structure and is driven by a DC three-phase motor. It has strong stirring force, smooth Rotation speed, stable performance and continuous operation.

Principle
The swirl/spin magnetic field is generated by the DC three-phase motor, and the swirl/spin stirrer in the container is driven to realize the stirring and mixing of the solution.
Steps
1. Trial operation: Conduct no-load trial operation before use, connect the power on switch, adjust the knob clockwise, and check whether the motor rotation is normal
2. Stirring operation: Lay the machine flat, put the container with the solution in the middle, put in the stirrer to suck it into the center and turn it on. Rotation speed should be gradually accelerated from slow to fast
3. If the stirrer is not in the center of the container, it can be turned on and idled for a short time and then shut down, and the stirrer will be automatically sucked into the center.
Notice
• The power supply needs to be reliably grounded
• The solution in the container should not be overfilled to avoid overflow when stirring
• The weight of the container cannot be concentrated at the center point of the machine
• Containers cannot be made of ferromagnetic materials
• The bottom thickness of the container should not be greater than 10mm and should be smooth
• No-load test operation is required before use. If there is any abnormal sound, it can only be used after the cause is identified and ruled out.
