Overview
The 90-1B Magnetic Stirrer is a thermostatic magnetic stirring equipment of the SILE INTRUMENT brand. It adopts a brushless DC three-phase motor with high torque and stable Rotation speed. In terms of heating thermostatic, based on setting and Measuring temperature digital display, a table temperature setting control is added to effectively overcome the temperature overshoot phenomenon during heating. Rotation speed digital display realizes accurate counting through pulse counting.

Principle
The Magnetic Stirrer is driven by a DC brushless three-phase motor to generate a swirl/spin magnetic field to drive the stirrer swirl/spin in the container to achieve solution stirring. The heating thermostatic system measures the temperature of the solution through a temperature sensor, and combines the temperature setting of the table. When neither the table temperature nor the Probe temperature reaches the set value, the heating is started, and the heating is stopped when either is reached to ensure accurate temperature control.
Steps
1. Stirring operation: Place the container with the solution in the center of the workbench, put in an appropriate stirrer, and adjust the speed control knob to gradually accelerate from slow to fast after turning it on.
2. Heating temperature control: put the temperature sensor into the container solution and connect it to the rear socket; pop up the setting measurement button switch when setting the temperature, adjust the temperature setting knob; press the level setting measurement button switch when measuring temperature; Set the table temperature as needed, if not heated, adjust the table temperature knob to 0.
3. When the container is closed and Probe cannot be used, unplug the Probe plug and automatically turn it into the countertop temperature control.
Notice
The container should not be made of iron or magnetic materials, and the bottom thickness should not exceed 10mm and should be smooth.
• Rotation speed should be gradually accelerated from slow to fast to avoid agitator escaping.
• If the stirrer is not in the center of the container, it can be turned on and idled before shutting down to suck it into the center.
• When heating the temperature control, make sure the Probe is properly connected or unplugged to switch the Control mode.
