SILE INTRUMENT 96-1 Magnetic Stirrer is driven by stainless steel shell, new switching power supply and high-power DC brushless three-phase motor. It has the characteristics of no spark, high efficiency, large torque and low temperature rise. It is suitable for stirring and mixing of low to high viscosity liquids. The equipment is especially suitable for long-term three-shift continuous work in lamp and lamp manufacturing enterprises. Principle
The Magnetic Stirrer is driven by a high-power DC brushless three-phase motor to generate a strong magnetic field, which makes the stirrer in the container swirl/spin under the action of the magnetic field to achieve uniform mixing of the liquid. The spark-free design of the motor ensures safety, and the strong magnetic steel enhances the mixing efficiency.

Steps
1. Trial operation: Conduct no-load trial operation before use, connect the power supply, turn on the switch, adjust the speed control knob clockwise, and check that there is no abnormal sound
2. Stirring operation: Lay the machine flat, put the container in the center of the table, put in the appropriate stirrer, start the operation, Rotation speed is gradually accelerated from slow to fast
3. If the stirrer is not in the center, it can be temporarily turned on and idled to suck it into the center
Notice
• The power supply needs to be reliably grounded
• The solution in the container should not be overfilled to avoid overflow
• The heating part cannot be used alone
• Container weight cannot be concentrated at the center point of the machine
• When the abrasion of the stirrer appears large plane, it needs to be replaced in time to avoid damage to the machine
