Overview
96-2 Magnetic Stirrer adopts stainless steel shell, new switching power supply and self-developed high-power DC brushless three-phase motor. It has the characteristics of no spark, high efficiency, large torque and low temperature rise. It is suitable for stirring and mixing of low to high viscosity liquids. It is especially suitable for lamps and lamp tube manufacturing enterprises to work continuously in three shifts for a long time. It adopts strong magnetic steel with strong stirring force, which can stir more media at one time, save manpower and material resources, and improve production efficiency. Rotation speed digital display uses rotation and rotation to send out three pulse counts, which shows true and correct.

Principle
The high-power DC brushless three-phase motor drives the strong magnetic steel swirl/spin to generate a magnetic field to drive the stirrer in the container to rotate and realize the mixing of the liquid. The Rotation speed is controlled by the speed control knob, and the digital display system accurately displays the Rotation speed through pulse counting.

Steps
1. Trial operation: Conduct no-load trial operation before use; connect the power supply, turn on the switch, adjust the speed control knob clockwise, and listen to the sound of motor rotation. If there is any abnormality, it needs to be eliminated.
2. Stirring operation: Lay the machine flat, put the container in the center of the table, put the stirrer and turn it on; Rotation speed is gradually accelerated from slow to fast, and the stirrer can be briefly idled to suck it into the center when it is not in the center.
Notice
• The power supply needs to be reliably grounded.
• The container should not be overfilled to avoid overflow.
• The heating part cannot be used alone.
• Container weight cannot be concentrated at the center point of the machine.
• When the abrasion of the stirrer appears large plane, it needs to be replaced, otherwise the machine may be damaged.
