S10-2 Magnetic Stirrer is a thermostatic Magnetic Stirrer of SILE INTRUMENT brand. Based on the original digital setting and Measuring temperature digital display, it has been improved to table temperature setting and control, which can greatly overcome the phenomenon of temperature overshoot during heating. It is suitable for laboratory and other scenes, providing precise temperature control and stirring functions.

Principle
The Magnetic Stirrer drives the stirrer to swirl/spin in the container through the built-in magnet to achieve solution mixing. The temperature control part measures the temperature of the solution through the temperature sensor and compares it with the set temperature: When the Measuring temperature is lower than the set temperature, the heating system starts-up to heat up; When the set temperature is reached, the heating is turned off and the temperature is maintained constant through repeated actions. The countertop temperature setting is used to adjust the Heating power to adapt to different heating needs.

Steps
1. Stirring operation: put the container in the center of the table, put in the appropriate stirrer, turn on the machine and gradually accelerate the stirring Rotation speed
2. Heating temperature control: put the temperature sensor into the solution and insert it into the rear socket of the fuselage
3. Temperature setting: Press the setting measurement button to the setting position, adjust the temperature setting knob to set the temperature
4. Countertop temperature setting: adjust the countertop temperature according to the heating capacity and temperature requirements
5. Temperature measurement: Press the button to Measuring location, the display shows Measuring temperature, and the system automatically controls the temperature
6. No Probe use: Unplug the Probe plug and automatically transfer to the table temperature setting and measurement
7. Turn off the heating: adjust the countertop temperature knob to 0.
Notice
• Containers cannot be made of iron or magnetic materials, with a bottom thickness of not more than 10mm and a smooth surface
• Rotation speed should be gradually accelerated from slow to fast to avoid agitator escaping
• The Temperature Sensor is placed at least 20mm deep in the liquid, and is placed diagonally to increase the contact surface when the amount of liquid is small
• Make sure the Sensor is placed correctly, otherwise the Measuring temperature is low and the temperature control is inaccurate
