Overview
S10-3 Magnetic Stirrer is a thermostatic Magnetic Stirrer of SILE INTRUMENT brand. Based on the original digital setting and Measuring temperature digital display, the table temperature setting and control are improved, which can greatly overcome the temperature overshoot phenomenon during heating. Rotation speed digital display uses pulse counting to ensure that the Rotation speed display is true and correct.
Features
1. Adopt countertop temperature setting and control to effectively reduce temperature overshoot during heating
2. Rotation speed digital display uses pulse counting to display accurate and true
3. With thermostatic control function, temperature control accuracy of +/- 1 ℃
4. Support continuous operation mode, motor torque is 80mN · M
5. Max. stirring Capacity up to 10L, stirring speed range 50~ 1700rpm
Principle
The Magnetic Stirrer realizes the stirring function by magnetically driving the stirrer to swirl/spin in the container. The heating temperature control system measures the temperature of the solution through the temperature sensor, heats up when the measured temperature is lower than the set temperature, stops heating when the set temperature is reached, and maintains the temperature constant by repeated actions. If Probe is not used, it can be automatically transferred to the table temperature control mode.
Steps
1. Stirring operation: Place the container in the center of the table, put in the appropriate stirrer and turn it on. Rotation speed is gradually accelerated from slow to fast
2. Heating temperature control: put the temperature sensor into the solution and insert it into the rear socket of the fuselage
3. Temperature setting: Press the setting measurement button to the setting position, adjust the temperature setting knob to set the temperature
4. Temperature measurement: Press the button to Measuring location, the display shows the actual temperature
5. Unplug when not using Probe to automatically transfer to countertop temperature control
6. Adjust the countertop temperature knob to 0 when no heating is required.
Notice
• Containers should not be made of iron or magnetic materials, with a bottom thickness of not more than 10mm and should be smooth
• Rotation speed should be gradually accelerated from slow to fast to avoid agitator escaping
• Temperature Sensor should be placed deeper than 20mm in the liquid
• Sensors should be placed diagonally to increase the contact surface when the amount of liquid is low
• When the container is closed and Probe cannot be used, unplug it and transfer it to the countertop temperature control.
