Overview
The DGC DHT-200 Richter hardness meter is a black case Keypad Operation portable hardness gauge with LCD screen. It adopts the Richter hardness measurement principle, which can detect a variety of metal hardness of materials, supports use in a variety of working environments, and can freely convert HRC, HRB, HV, HS and other hardness standards, stable and reliable measurement. The instrument has a built-in sensitive printer, which can print measurement data in real time.
Features
1. Compact size, easy to carry.
2. Built-in sensitive printer, can print measurement data in real time.
3. Adopt the Leeb hardness measurement principle, the measurement is stable and reliable.
4. Can detect a variety of metal hardness of materials, suitable for a variety of working environments.
5. Support free conversion of HRC, HRB, HV, HS and other hardness systems.
6. Equipped with 320 * 240 point array LCD screen with LED backlight.
7. Large data storage capacity, users can customize 200 files, and a single file can store up to 999 sets of data.
8. Using four AA rechargeable batteries, it has a long battery life and can work continuously for no less than 48 hours without backlight.
9. Support custom automatic shutdown settings.
Principle
The hardness measurement of the DHT-200 Richter hardness meter is defined as: the rebound speed of the Impact body divided by the impact speed of the Impact body multiplied by 1000. For specific metal materials (such as steel, aluminum, etc.), the Richter hardness value reflects the hardness relationship of the material, and the Richter hardness value can be converted into the hardness value of Miscellaneous static measurement, such as HB, HV, HRC, etc.
Applications
Testing hardness of materials
Steps
1. Press the switch button to turn on the instrument power.
2. Enter the menu item through the menu key, use the arrow keys to adjust the menu item (such as setting materials, hardness standards, etc.), and press the confirm key to confirm the setting.
3. Connect the Sensor interface to the Sensor and prepare according to the surface and weight requirements of the workpiece under test (such as surface roughness, temperature, whether support or coupling is required).
4. During measurement in the measurement state, the instrument will display information such as Impact direction, measurement value, conversion value, etc.
5. If you need to print data, first press the printer power on button to turn on the printer power supply (indicator light status change), and then press the current measurement print button to print the current data.
6. During the measurement process, you can use the delete key to delete the error value in the measurement.
7. Press the read button to access the data stored in the instrument.
8. After use, press the switch button to turn off the power of the instrument, or wait for the instrument to shut down automatically.
Notice
• The surface temperature of the workpiece to be tested should not be overheated and should be lower than 120 ° C.
The surface roughness of the workpiece to be tested should meet the requirements (equivalent to the original national standard 6, about 2 microns).
For workpieces with a curved surface diameter less than 30mm, a small support ring or a corresponding heterosexual support ring should be used during testing.
• Specimens weighing more than 5kg do not require support.
• Specimens weighing 2-5kg, specimens with overhanging parts and thin-walled specimens should be supported by objects during testing to avoid deformation, bending and movement of the specimen caused by Impact force.
• Specimens with a weight of less than 2kg should be tightly coupled to the support body with a weight greater than 5kg; the surface of the specimen and the coupling body needs to be flat and smooth; the amount of coupling agent (such as Vaseline, oil, etc.) should not be too large; the test direction needs to be perpendicular to the coupling plane.
• The operating temperature of the instrument is -20 ° C - + 40 ° C, and the storage temperature is -30 ° C - + 60 ° C.
• Pay attention to the status of the printer indicator light: the traffic light is on at the same time to indicate that it can be printed online; only the green light is on to indicate that it is offline. You can choose to install the printing paper or wrap the paper.
• When the external charger is connected, the printer status/charging indicator light is on, indicating that the instrument is in a charged state.
