Overview
The B11-3 Magnetic Stirrer is a SILE INTRUMENT brand thermostatic Magnetic Stirrer, with liquid temperature setting and measurement functions and table temperature setting control, which can effectively overcome the temperature overshoot phenomenon during heating. The stirring part is controlled by a DC three-phase brushless motor at constant speed, providing excellent stirring performance, especially at low speeds. Rotation speed of 50 rpm.

Principle
The Magnetic Stirrer uses a DC three-phase brushless motor to drive the stirrer to swirl/spin in the container to achieve liquid stirring. The temperature control part measures the temperature of the liquid or table through a temperature sensor (PT100), the user can set the target temperature, and the instrument automatically adjusts the Heating power to maintain thermostatic and avoid temperature overshoot.
Steps
1. Place the instrument, adjust the temperature and speed control knob to the "0" position, and plug in the power cord. The temperature sensor is placed in a solution above 10mm in the container and connected to the rear socket of the fuselage.
2. Stirring operation: Put the container in the center of the worktable, put in an appropriate stirrer, and turn it on. Adjust the speed control knob to gradually accelerate from slow to fast.
3. Liquid temperature setting and measurement: Turn on the instrument, set the swirl/spin thermostat knob to adjust the temperature when the light is on; press the Settings - measurement button to switch to the measurement indicator light to display the Sensor temperature. When heating, the table temperature knob is adjusted to 2-3 times the required temperature of the liquid.
4. Table temperature setting: Unplug the temperature sensor connection, the display screen automatically turns to the table temperature setting and measurement, and adjusts the table temperature knob to the required temperature.
5. When not heating, adjust the table temperature knob to the "0" position.
Notice
• The container should not be made of iron or magnetic-related materials, the bottom thickness should not be greater than 10mm, and it should be smooth.
• When adjusting the speed knob, the stirring Rotation speed should be gradually accelerated from slow to fast to avoid the stirrer escaping due to too fast acceleration.
• If the stirrer is not in the center of the container, you can turn it on and idle before shutting down, and the stirrer will automatically suck into the center.
• The temperature sensor must be placed in a solution of more than 10mm in the container to ensure correct temperature transfer.
• When the temperature overshoot is found to be large in use, the temperature knob can be adjusted to 1.5-2 times the required temperature of the liquid.
