Overview
The intelligent thermostatic digital timing Magnetic Stirrer is driven by a DC three-phase brushless motor and has an intelligent PID automatic temperature control function to set, control and display the table temperature and liquid temperature. Equipped with an electronic timing system, the timing accuracy is high, up to 9999 minutes, and it has dual digital display functions of temperature and Rotation speed.

Principle
The Magnetic Stirrer is driven by a DC three-phase brushless motor to generate a swirl/spin magnetic field, which drives the stirrer in the container to swirl/spin to achieve uniform stirring of the solution. The temperature control system adopts intelligent PID mode, which monitors the temperature in real time through the temperature sensor and automatically adjusts the Heating power to ensure that the temperature is stable at the set value.
Steps
1. Screw the watch rod into the threaded hole in the upper right corner of the instrument and fix the Sensor bracket
2. Place the instrument smoothly, insert the temperature sensor plug and tighten the lock nut, and connect the power cord
3. Put the container containing the solution in the center of the workbench, put in an appropriate stirrer, and adjust the height of the temperature sensor about 10mm from the bottom of the container
4. Turn on the power switch, the monitor digital tube and all display lights are on, and enter the standard display state after a few seconds
5. swirl/spin Rotation speed key to set Rotation speed, left-handed minus right-handed plus, point to turn on or off Rotation speed
6. swirl/spin temperature key to set the temperature, left-handed minus right-handed plus, point to start or stop heating
7. Long press the temperature button to enter the timing setting, and set the timing time by point pressing and swirl/spin temperature button 0~ 9999 minutes
8. Unplug the Sensor to switch to the table temperature control mode
9. Rotate the Rotation speed button slightly to view or modify the original set Rotation speed
10. Slightly turn the temperature button to view or modify the original set temperature
11. The operation is the same as step 7 to check the remaining time of the timing
Notice
Containers should not be made of iron or magnetic materials
• The bottom thickness of the container should not be greater than 10mm
• When the solution is small, insert the temperature sensor into the solution at least 10mm or more
Timed time automatically cancels after the power is turned off or cut off
• Use a cylindrical stirrer when using a flat-bottomed container, and a spindle stirrer for a spherical container
