The intelligent thermostatic digital timing Magnetic Stirrer is driven by a DC three-phase brushless motor and has intelligent PID automatic temperature control function to set, control and display the table temperature and liquid temperature. The product has High Accuracy electronic timing function, the longest timing time is 9999 minutes, and it is equipped with dual digital display functions of temperature and Rotation speed.

Principle
Magnetic Stirrer generates swirl/spin magnetic field through DC three-phase brushless motor drive, so that the stirrer in the container swirl/spin to achieve stirring function. The temperature control system uses intelligent PID mode to automatically adjust the Heating power, and monitors the temperature in real time through the PT100 temperature sensor to ensure the accuracy of temperature control.

Steps
1. Screw the watch rod into the threaded hole in the upper right corner of the instrument and fix the Sensor bracket
2. Place the stable instrument, insert the temperature sensor plug and tighten the lock nut, connect the power cord
3. Place the container containing the solution in the center of the workbench, put in an appropriate stirrer, and adjust the height of the Sensor about 10mm from the bottom of the container
4. Turn on the power switch and wait a few seconds to enter the standard display state
5. swirl/spin Rotation speed key to set the Rotation speed value, point to turn on/off Rotation speed
6. swirl/spin temperature key to set the temperature value, point press start/stop heating
7. Long press the temperature button to enter the timing setting, and set the 0-9999 minute timing time through the swirl/spin temperature button
8. Unplug the Sensor to switch to the table temperature control mode
9. Rotate the Rotation speed button slightly to view and modify the set Rotation speed
10. Slightly turn the temperature button to view and modify the set temperature
11. The operation is the same as step 7 to check the remaining time of the timing
Notice
• Containers should not be made of iron or magnetic materials
• The bottom thickness of the container should not be greater than 10mm
• When the solution is less, insert the temperature sensor into the solution at least 10mm or more
• The set timing time automatically cancels after the power is turned off or cut off
• When using a flat-bottomed container, a cylindrical stirrer should be used
• Spindle stirrer should be used when using spherical containers
