Principle
This product is a Leeb hardness tester, and its Working Principle is based on the Leeb hardness testing method. The Impact body is impacted on the surface of the sample at a certain speed by the Impact device (Sensor), and the ratio of the rebound speed of the Impact body to the Impact speed at a distance of 1 mm from the surface of the sample is measured. The ratio is related to the Leeb hardness value of the material. The instrument converts the ratio into a variety of commonly used hardness standards (such as HL, HRC, HRB, HS, HB, HV) and displays it.
Applications
Metal hardness of materials testing, machinery manufacturing, mass inspection, equipment maintenance, material research, aerospace, automobile manufacturing, power equipment, Pressure Vessel, mold manufacturing
Standards
GB/T 17394-1998
Steps
1. Connect the transmission cable to the hardness gauge host and PC.
2. Run the corresponding software on your PC and wait to receive data.
3. Select the desired printing method in the hardness gauge menu and confirm the printing to complete the data transfer.
