Overview
The NDJ-5S digital display Viscometer is an upgraded rotational viscometer product of the LABO brand. It uses professional mechanical design technology and microcomputer control technology, and is equipped with a blue backlit high-luminance LCD display. The instrument is used to measure the absolute viscosity of Newtonian liquids and the apparent viscosity of non-Newtonian liquids. The instrument features accurate data collection and clear display.

Principle
This instrument is driven by a motor through a variable speed rotor for constant speed swirl/spin. When the rotor swirl/spin in the liquid, the liquid will produce a viscosity torque acting on the rotor. The Tack torque is detected by the Sensor and processed by the computer to obtain the viscosity of the measured liquid. The instrument uses microcomputer technology to easily set the range (rotor number and Rotation speed), digitally process the Sensor detection data, and display the set rotor number, Rotation speed, measured liquid viscosity value and its full scale percentage value on the display screen.

Steps
1. Set the range (select the rotor number and Rotation speed)
2. Immerse the rotor in the tested liquid
3. Start the instrument for measurement
4. Observe the reading stable cursor and read the viscosity value when the vertical bar square is full
