LB-KZY30 Sheet Tensile Strength Tester is a LABO brand product, used for the measurement of Tensile Strength performance indicators of paper and Cardboard, including Tension Resistance, Tensile Strength, Elongation, Break Length, Tensile Energy Absorption, Tensile Index, Tensile Energy Absorption Index. The instrument automatically calculates and prints the test results, and the test is sensitive, high accuracy, accurate and reliable. It adopts the international general vertical tensile Measuring method, which conforms to ergonomic design and has an intuitive user interface.

Principle
The instrument adopts the international universal Vertical Tensile Measuring method, drives the precision ball screw drive through the High Accuracy Force Sensor and stepper motor, applies the tensile force to the paper, Cardboard and other sheet materials, automatically measures and calculates the relevant performance indicators of Tensile Strength, and the results are output through the printer.

Steps
1. Preset clip distance and Test speed.
2. Place the sample between the upper and lower chucks.
3. Start the test, the instrument automatically completes the tensile measurement.
4. The instrument automatically calculates and displays the results.
5. Use a micro printer to output test data.
