Overview
The LB-T500 stiffness tester is used to measure the bending performance of test paper, Cardboard and sheet materials, and determine their resilience performance indicators. The instrument is convenient and fast to operate. After clamping the sample, the bending test is automatically completed, the force value is recorded and the torque is displayed. Different bending lengths can be selected. After the test is completed, it will automatically reset and prepare for the next test.
Features
High Accuracy Force Sensor with accuracy < 1%.
2. Equipped with transparent plastic protective cover, easy to use and protect the measurement head.
3. The angle automatic control system can be preset, and the test is fast and accurate.
4. Adopt aluminum alloy panel and stainless steel chuck, sturdy and durable.
5. LCD Chinese display, user-friendly interface.
6. Fully automatic test, with data statistical processing function, can print test report, display average value, MAX Maximum, MIN Minimum and each test value.
7. Built-in calibrating program, easy to use standard weight or force measuring device for indication accuracy calibrating.
Principle
After the instrument clamps the sample, press the test key to automatically rotate the sample to bend it to a preset angle. During this process, the force value (unit mN) of the material against bending is recorded, and the torque (unit mN · m) is calculated and displayed synchronously. Users can choose the bending length of the sample of 10mm, 25mm or 50mm according to their needs.
Applications
Suitable for stiffness testing of paper, Cardboard and sheet materials
Steps
1. Clamp the specimen.
2. Press the Test key.
3. The instrument automatically rotates the specimen to bend to the set angle and records the data.
4. Automatically return to the initial position after the test is completed.
Notice
The instrument is suitable for paper, Cardboard and sheet materials, not for Corrugated Board.
• Power frequency AC220V +/- 22V 50Hz, should be reliably grounded.
• Do not apply unexpected force to the measurement head, use a protective cover for protection.
• Standard weight or force measuring devices are required for calibrating.
• Note that the lifespan of the LCD screen is about 50,000 hours.
