Overview
LABO Compression Tester (Model 17051 (1)) is an independently developed test system with a high intelligence system architecture to fully automate the test process without manual intervention, reduce human measurement errors and improve test efficiency. The test data can be directly printed or uploaded to the Labo-DMS experimental data management system through WIFI and RS232. The Touchscreen interface makes test switching more convenient, and supports ten test methods to switch arbitrarily on the main screen.

Principle
The specimen is pressed by the upper and lower pressure plates, and the pressure continues to increase, and the final specimen is crushed, and the maximum pressure applied is the strength of the specimen. The design of the compression tester mainly meets the requirements of paper, Cardboard, Corrugated Board, buffer material and other test standards.

Steps
1. Select the test range: Measured value is less than 50N recommended (10-1000N); greater than 50N is selected (50-5000N).
2. Switch between ten test methods on the main screen.
3. Start the test through the Touchscreen interface.
4. After the test is completed, the data can be directly printed or uploaded to the Labo-DMS system via WIFI or RS232.
Notice
- Select the appropriate range according to the test range: Measured value is less than 50N recommended (10-1000N); greater than 50N is selected (50-5000N).
Make sure the instrument power supply is 110-240V, 50/60 Hz.
