Principle
The instrument emits a beam of light at a specific angle to the measured surface and receives its reflected light, calculates and displays the gloss value of the material surface according to the intensity of the reflected light.

Steps
1. Install one AA dry battery or rechargeable battery.
2. Select Measurement Angles (20 °/60 °/85 °) as required.
3. Align the measurement port of the instrument and stick it to the surface of the sample to be tested.
4. Start the measurement through the scroll wheel operation and read the gloss value displayed on the LCD screen.
5. Data can be transferred through the USB interface or Bluetooth, or the storage, difference, judgment and other functions of the instrument can be used.
Notice
• When measuring, please ensure that the measurement port is closely attached to the surface of the sample to avoid light leakage affecting the results.
• Please select the appropriate Measurement Angles (20 °/60 °/85 °) according to the gloss range of the tested material.
• Regularly calibrate instruments to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Please keep it safe after use to avoid severe vibration or impact on the instrument.
When not in use for a long time, remove the battery.
