Overview
The LABO Labo 203P electronic analytical Balance is a precision instrument dedicated to the inspection of paper materials. It is mainly used for the measurement of paper Grammage, Moisture, Corrugated Board delamination Basis Weight, and the determination of paper and Cardboard absorbency in water by the Cobb method.
Features
1. Four-stage shockproof filter adjustable function.
2. Large LCD interface with backlit display.
3. Dual range, dual accuracy adjustable function.
4. Lock Current Operating Mode/Unit Function.
5. Anti-interference, anti-static metal shell; the fuselage is all aluminum alloy.
6. Weighing stability time adjustable function.
7. There are seventeen international units such as grams, carats, pounds, and ounces.
8. Built-in time and date adjustable function.
9. Set object weighing and counting function; percentage weighing; full range of products AC and DC dual-use.
Principle
The Balance works based on the principle of electromagnetic force equilibrate. When the sample under test is placed on the pan, its weight causes the Sensor to deform, thereby changing the electromagnetic force to restore the equilibrate. The system accurately calculates the weight of the sample by measuring the current required to maintain the equilibrate.
Applications
Paper Grammage measurement, paper moisture measurement, Corrugated Board delamination quantitative analysis, Paper and Cardboard absorbency (Cobb method) determination
Standards
GB/T462、GB/T451.2、ISO536、TAPPI T410
Steps
Place the Balance on a smooth, vibration-free table and ensure that the Ambient Temperature is between 12 ° C and 30 ° C.
Connect the power supply (AC220V +/- 22V 50Hz) and ensure reliable grounding.
3. Turn it on and warm up, waiting for the display to be stable.
4. According to the measurement requirements, select the corresponding Operating Mode (such as Grammage, Moisture, Cobb method, etc.) and unit through the function key.
5. For High Accuracy measurements, calibrate with external calibration weight (100g).
6. Place the sample to be tested gently in the center of the pan (10 mm).
7. Wait for the stabilization time (≤ 2s) and read the measurement results on the display screen.
8. After the measurement is completed, remove the sample and clean the pan.
Notice
* Please place the Balance on a stable, horizontal, vibration-free countertop.
* Operating Environment Temperature should be maintained between 12 ℃ and 30 ℃.
The power supply must be AC220V +/- 22V 50Hz and ensure reliable grounding.
* Avoid use in strong airflow, electromagnetic interference or static environment.
* Please handle with care when weighing and place the sample in the center of the pan.
Regularly calibrate with standard weights to ensure measurement accuracy.
* Keep the pan clean to avoid sample residue affecting measurement.
When not in use for a long time, please disconnect the power supply.
