Overview
LABO LB-2004 electronic analytical Balance is an analytical instrument dedicated to paper-related testing. It is mainly used for the measurement of paper Grammage, Moisture, Corrugated Board delamination Basis Weight, and the determination of paper and Cardboard absorbency in water by Cobb method.
Features
1. With four-stage shock-proof filter adjustable function.
2. Adopt a large LCD interface with backlit display.
3. Support dual range, dual accuracy adjustable function.
4. Lock the Current Operating Mode or Unit.
5. Adopt anti-interference and anti-static metal shell, and the fuselage is made of all aluminum alloy.
6. The weighing stability time is adjustable.
7. Built-in grams, carats, pounds, ounces and other 17 international units.
8. Built-in time and date adjustable function.
9. With object weighing and counting, percentage weighing functions, and a full range of products support AC and DC dual-use.
Principle
The electronic analytical Balance works based on the principle of High Accuracy Electromagnetic Force Equilibrating Sensor. When the sample is placed on the pan, the Sensor converts the weighted signal into an electrical signal, filters and calculates it through the internal processor, and finally displays the measurement results accurately on the LCD display to complete the determination of parameters such as paper Grammage, moisture, Basis Weight and absorbency.
Applications
Paper Grammage measurement, paper moisture measurement, Corrugated Board delamination quantitative analysis, Paper and Cardboard absorbency determination (Cobb method)
Standards
GB/T462、GB/T451.2、ISO536、TAPPI T410
Steps
1. Place the Balance on a stable, horizontal countertop and connect it to an AC220V power supply to ensure reliable grounding.
2. Turn on the power switch and wait for Balance self-test and stability.
3. According to the measurement requirements, select the corresponding Operating Mode (such as Grammage, Moisture, Cobb method, etc.) and unit through the panel button.
4. If you need to calibrate, use the external 100g calibrated weight for calibrating operation.
5. Place the sample to be tested (such as paper) in the center of the 80mm pan.
6. Wait for the display value to be stable (stable time adjustable, standard ≤ 2s), read and record the measurement results.
7. After the measurement is complete, remove the sample, clean the pan, and turn off the power.
Notice
• Operating Environment Temperature should be maintained between 12 ° C and 30 ° C.
• Must use AC220V +/- 22V 50Hz power supply and ensure reliable grounding of the instrument.
• The instrument should be placed in an environment free from strong airflow, vibration and electromagnetic interference.
• When weighing, the sample should be handled with care and placed in the center of the pan.
• Regularly calibrate with specified external calibration 100g weight to ensure measurement accuracy.
• When cleaning, use a soft dry cloth and avoid using chemical solvents.
• When not in use for a long time, please disconnect the power supply.
