Overview
LABO LB-KY10B Compressive tester is a device used to test the compressive strength of cartons, Miscellaneous Encasement containers, and transportation Encasement parts. The device has three functions: compressive test, fixed value test and stacking test. It can measure the ultimate compressive strength of the sample, test the performance of the box according to the set pressure or deformation, and simulate the storage and transportation conditions for pressure durability test. The device has data display, storage, statistical analysis and report printing functions.

Principle
The device drives the transmission through the measurement and control system, so that the upper platen moves down to apply pressure to the specimen placed on the lower platen. The High Accuracy Sensor detects the pressure value and the pressure deformation of the specimen in real time. According to the set test mode (pressure resistance, set value or stacking), the system automatically records the maximum pressure, deformation amount, or continuously applies a specific pressure for a specified time to evaluate the compressive strength, overall performance or pressure durability of the specimen.

Steps
1. According to the sample type and test requirements, choose the compression test, fixed value test or stacking test mode.
2. Preset test parameters on the measurement and control system, such as pressure value, deformation, test speed or stacking time.
3. Place the specimen in the center of the lower platen.
4. Start the test, and the device automatically runs and records data.
5. After the test is completed, the device automatically returns to its original position, and the system can perform data analytics and print reports.
Notice
• Power frequency of the equipment is AC380V +/- 22V 50Hz 10A and must be reliably grounded.
• When calibrating, place the standard Sensor between the upper and lower pressure plates.
• Note the difference between the configuration of type A (computer software measurement and control) and type B (liquid crystal Chinese display measurement and control) provided by the equipment, which can be selected on demand.
• In addition to the standard model number, Miscellaneous non-standard specifications can be customized.
• Before use, make sure that the flatness and parallelism of the upper and lower pressure plates meet the requirements of the specifications.
