Overview
LABO LB-KY20B Compressive tester is a device used to test the compressive strength of cartons, Miscellaneous Encasement containers, and transportation Encasement parts. It has three functions: compressive test, fixed value test, and stacking test. It can automatically record the maximum pressure value and compressive deformation, and has data display, storage, statistical analysis, and report printing functions.

Principle
The device drives the upper pressure plate downward through the motor to apply pressure to the sample placed on the lower pressure plate. The built-in High Accuracy Force Sensor detects the pressure value in real time, and the control system controls the pressure application process according to the set test mode (pressure resistance, fixed value or stacking), and automatically records the pressure, deformation and other data. After completing the test, it will automatically process and output the results.

Steps
1. Place the specimen in the center of the lower platen.
2. According to the test requirements (pressure resistance, fixed value or stacking), set the corresponding parameters on the control system, such as pressure value, deformation or stacking time.
3. Start the device, and the upper platen will move downward at a preset speed and pressurize the sample.
4. The equipment automatically completes the test, recording and displaying data such as maximum pressure and deformation.
5. After the test, the upper pressure plate automatically returns to its original position.
6. View, analyze data and print test reports through the data processing system of the equipment.
Notice
• Power frequency of the equipment is AC380V +/- 22V 50Hz 10A and must be reliably grounded.
Before operation, make sure that the sample is placed in the center of the platen and check the parallelism of the platen.
• Correctly set parameters such as duration according to the type of test (e.g. stacking test).
• Pay attention to the safety protection functions of the equipment, such as overload protection, but still need to be cautious when operating.
• The equipment provides two configurations: Type A (computer software measurement and control) and Type B (LCD Chinese display measurement and control), please choose according to your needs.
• In addition to the standard model number, Miscellaneous non-standard specifications can be customized.
