Overview
LABO T60 (4) standard illuminant Color Assessment Cabinet is a lighting device for Color Evaluation. It is equipped with D65, TL84, F, UV four Illuminants, with functions such as displaying Illuminant usage time and automatically switching Illuminant, designed to provide a stable and reliable lighting environment for Color detection.
Features
1. Display the usage time and total time of each Illuminant.
2. Illuminant automatic switching, with Metamerism function.
3. No preheating required, no flashing, ensuring fast and reliable evaluation of Color.
4. Low energy consumption, no heat (no need for heat dissipation), high luminous efficiency.
5. Small size, easy to use, low price.
Principle
The light box provides standardized lighting conditions for the observed objects through a variety of built-in standard illuminants (such as D65 simulating daylight, commercial lighting TL84, home lighting F and ultraviolet light UV). Users can observe the item Color under these specific Illuminants, and use its automatic switching and Metamerism functions to accurately evaluate the performance of Color in different lighting environments, ensuring the conformity of Color evaluation.
Applications
Color comparison and quality control of printing & dyeing, printing Encasement, paints, plastic electronics, photographic design, cosmetics and other industries
Steps
1. Place the sample to be tested and the standard sample side by side in the center of the baseplate of the light box.
2. Turn on the power supply and turn on the light box power switch.
3. Select the desired Illuminant (e.g. D65, TL84, F or UV) through the control panel for observation.
4. Color performance of samples under different Illuminants can be compared using the automatic switching function.
5. Observe and record Color comparison results.
6. After use, turn off the power switch.
Notice
• Avoid use in environments with Miscellaneous Illuminant Interference outside the light box.
When replacing the lamp, be sure to disconnect the power supply and use a spare lamp of the same specification.
• Keep the inner wall of the light box clean to avoid dust affecting the lighting effect.
• Do not switch on and off the Illuminant frequently to prolong the service life of the lamp.
When observing, the line of sight should be kept perpendicular to the sample to achieve the best observation effect.
