Overview
LABO LB-KY40B Compressive tester is a test equipment used to test the compressive strength of cartons, Miscellaneous Encasement containers, and transportation Encasement parts. The equipment has three functions of compressive test, fixed value test and stacking test. It can measure the ultimate compressive strength, detect the overall performance of the box and simulate the pressure durability under storage and transportation conditions. It also has data storage, analysis and processing and report printing functions.

Principle
The testing machine applies pressure to the specimen (such as a carton) placed on the lower pressing plate by driving the upper pressing plate downward. The equipment has a built-in High Accuracy Force Sensor to monitor the pressure value in real time, and the control system automatically executes the test according to the set test mode (pressure resistance, fixed value or stacking), records pressure, deformation and other data, and automatically processes and analyzes the data after the test is completed.

Steps
1. According to the sample type and test requirements, choose the compression test, fixed value test or stacking test mode.
2. Preset corresponding test parameters in the control system, such as pressure value, deformation, test speed, or stacking time.
3. Place the specimen in the center of the lower platen.
4. Start the test, and the equipment will automatically run and record data.
5. After the test is completed, the device automatically returns to its original position, allowing it to view, analyze, and print the test report.
Notice
• Power frequency of the equipment is AC380V +/- 22V 50Hz 10A and must be reliably grounded.
• Before operation, please confirm that the equipment is in normal working condition and the safety protection function is effective.
When placing the specimen, ensure that it is located in the center of the platen to ensure the accuracy of the test results.
• According to the testing requirements, type A (computer software measurement and control) or type B (LCD Chinese display measurement and control) configuration can be selected.
• Non-standard specifications can be customized.
