Overview
LABO Labo LB-KY50B Compressive tester is a test equipment used to test the compressive strength of cartons and other Encasement containers, and transportation Encasement parts. The equipment has three functions of compressive test, fixed value test and stacking test, which can determine the ultimate compressive strength and compressive deformation of the sample, and can perform pressure durability test simulating storage and transportation conditions. The equipment has the functions of displaying test data, memory storage, statistical analysis processing and printing test reports.
Features
High Accuracy Force Sensor with factory accuracy < 0.5%, better than ISO +/- 1%.
2. Fully automatic test completion, with data display, memory storage, analysis, statistical processing and printing test report functions, easy to operate.
3. The test speed and return speed can be preset, and the position of the upper platen can be adjusted freely, making the test faster and more effective.
4. The Force Sensor is located above and connected to the upper pressure plate, which is convenient for users or third parties to use the standard Sensor for Indication Error calibrating.
5. With multiple safety protection measures: overload protection for the pressure value of the measurement and control system; protection for the automatic locking transmission device after power failure; automatic reset of the pressure value of the Sensor to zero display; automatic return to the initial position after the test is completed.
Principle
The testing machine applies pressure to the specimen (such as a carton) placed on the lower platen by driving the upper platen down. The built-in High Accuracy Force Sensor monitors and records the pressure value in real time, and records the pressure deformation of the specimen at the same time. According to the set test mode (pressure resistance, fixed value or stacking code), the device automatically controls the pressure application process, completes the test and outputs the data.
Applications
Cartons, Encasement Containers, Transport Encasement Parts
Steps
1. Select the test mode (compressive test, fixed value test or stacking test) according to the test requirements.
2. Place the specimen in the center of the lower platen.
3. Preset relevant parameters (such as pressure value, deformation, test speed, stacking time, etc.) through the control system.
4. Start the device, press down the upper pressure plate at the preset speed, and start the test.
5. The equipment automatically records and displays test data (e.g. maximum pressure, deformation).
6. After the test is completed, the upper platen automatically returns to its initial position.
7. View, analyze data and print test reports through connected computer software or LCD display systems.
Notice
• Power frequency of equipment AC380V +/- 22V 50Hz 10A, should be reliably grounded.
• Before operation, make sure that the flatness and parallelism of the upper and lower pressure plates meet the requirements.
• When calibrating, place the standard Sensor between the upper and lower platens.
• During the stacking test, pay attention to the relative fluctuation of the preset load.
• The equipment provides two configurations of type A (computer software measurement and control) and type B (LCD Chinese display measurement and control).
• In addition to the standard model number, Miscellaneous non-standard specifications can be customized.
