Overview
LABO LB-KY50A Compressive tester is a device used to test the compressive strength of cartons, Encasement containers and transportation Encasement parts. It has three functions of compressive test, fixed value test and stacking test. It can measure ultimate compressive strength, detect box performance and simulate pressure durability under storage and transportation conditions. It also has data display, storage, statistical analysis and report printing functions.
Features
High Accuracy Force Sensor, factory accuracy < 0.5%, better than ISO standard +/- 1%.
2. Fully automated test, with data display, memory storage, analysis, statistical processing and printing functions, easy to operate.
3. The test speed and return speed can be preset, and the position of the upper pressure plate can be adjusted freely, making the test fast and effective.
4. The Force Sensor is located above, making it easy for users or third parties to calibrate with standard Sensors.
5. Equipped with multiple safety protection measures: overload protection for pressure values of the measurement and control system, automatic locking of the transmission device for power failure, automatic reset of the pressure value of the Sensor to zero display, and automatic return to the initial position after the test is completed.
Principle
The device drives the upper platen downward through the measurement and control system to apply pressure to the specimen placed on the lower platen. The High Accuracy Sensor measures the pressure value and the pressure deformation of the specimen in real time. According to the set test mode (pressure resistance, fixed value or stacking), the system automatically records the maximum pressure, deformation, or continuously applies a specific pressure for a specified time to evaluate the compressive strength, overall performance or durability of the specimen.
Applications
Cartons, Encasement Containers, Transport Encasement Parts
Steps
1. Place the specimen in the center of the lower platen.
2. According to the test requirements (pressure resistance, fixed value or stacking), set the corresponding parameters on the measurement and control system, such as pressure value, deformation or stacking time.
3. Start the device and apply pressure to the sample at the preset speed.
4. After the test is completed, the equipment automatically stops and returns to its original position.
5. View, store, and analyze test data through the measurement and control system, and print test reports.
Notice
• Power frequency of the equipment is AC380V +/- 22V 50Hz 10A and must be reliably grounded.
• Before operation, make sure that the flatness and parallelism of the upper and lower pressure plates meet the requirements.
• When calibrating, place the standard Sensor between the upper and lower platens.
• Pay attention to the safety protection function of the equipment, and stop operation immediately in case of any abnormality.
• In addition to the standard model number, non-standard specifications can be customized according to requirements.
