Overview
LABO LB-KY40A Compressive tester is a professional equipment used to test the compressive strength of cartons, Miscellaneous Encasement containers, and transportation Encasement parts. The equipment has three functions of compressive test, fixed value test and stacking test. It can measure the ultimate compressive strength, detect the overall performance of the box and simulate the pressure durability under storage and transportation conditions. It also has data display, storage, statistical analysis and report printing functions.

With multiple safety protection measures: overload protection for the pressure value of the measurement and control system; protection for the automatic locking transmission device after power failure; automatic reset of the pressure value of the Sensor to zero display; automatic return to the initial position after the test is completed.
Principle
The device drives the upper platen downward through the measurement and control system to apply pressure to the specimen placed on the lower platen. The High Accuracy Force Sensor detects the pressure value in real time, and the system automatically records the pressure and deformation data. Depending on the set test mode (pressure resistance, set value or stacking), the device continuously or at preset conditions applies pressure to determine the compressive strength, overall performance or durability of the specimen.

Steps
1. According to the sample type and test requirements, choose the compression test, fixed value test or stacking test mode.
2. Set the corresponding test parameters on the measurement and control system (computer software or LCD Chinese display system), such as pressure value, deformation, stacking time, test speed, etc.
3. Place the specimen correctly in the center of the lower platen.
4. Start the test, the equipment automatically runs according to the preset program, and completes the pressure, data collection and recording.
5. After the test, the device automatically returns to its initial position, and the system can perform data analytics and print the test report.
Notice
The power supply of the equipment is AC380V +/- 22V 50Hz 10A and must be reliably grounded.
• Before operation, please confirm that the flatness and parallelism of the upper and lower pressure plates meet the requirements.
• When calibrating, place the standard Sensor between the upper and lower platens.
• Pay attention to the safety protection function of the equipment, and stop operation immediately in case of any abnormality.
• In addition to the standard model number, non-standard specifications can be customized according to requirements.
