Overview
LABO LB-KY30A Compressive tester is a device used to test the compressive strength of cartons, Miscellaneous Encasement containers, and transportation Encasement parts. The equipment has three functions of compressive test, fixed value test and stacking test. It can measure the ultimate compressive strength, detect the overall performance of the box and simulate the pressure durability under storage and transportation conditions. It also has data display, storage, statistical analysis and report printing functions.

Principle
The device measures the pressure on the sample through the Force Sensor. In the compression test, the maximum pressure value and the compression deformation are automatically recorded; in the fixed value test, the performance of the box is detected according to the set pressure or deformation; in the stacking test, the specified pressure is continuously applied to simulate the storage and transportation conditions and measure the pressure durability. The measurement and control system processes the data and outputs the results.

Steps
1. Set the corresponding parameters according to the test type (pressure resistance, fixed value or stacking).
2. Place the specimen in the center of the lower platen.
3. Adjust the upper platen to the appropriate position.
4. Start the device and start the test.
5. The device automatically completes the test, records data, and returns to its original location.
6. View, analyze data and print test reports through the measurement and control system.
Notice
• Power frequency of the equipment is AC380V +/- 22V 50Hz 10A and must be reliably grounded.
• The equipment provides two configurations: Type A (computer software measurement and control system) and Type B (LCD Chinese display measurement and control system), which can be selected according to needs.
• In addition to the standard model number, Miscellaneous non-standard specifications can be customized.
• Make sure to be familiar with the safety protection functions of the equipment before operation.
• When calibrating, place the standard Sensor between the upper and lower pressure plates.
