Overview
LABO Labo LB-KY20A Compressive tester is a professional equipment for testing the compressive strength of cartons, Encasement containers and transportation Encasement parts. It has three core functions of compressive test, fixed value test and stacking test. It can measure the ultimate compressive strength, detect the overall performance of the box and simulate the storage and transportation conditions for pressure durability testing. The equipment integrates data management functions to display, store, statistically analyze test data and print test reports.

Principle
The device applies pressure to the specimen (such as a carton) placed on the lower platen by driving the upper platen to move downward. In the compression test, the pressure is continuously applied until the specimen is destroyed, and the maximum pressure value and the pressure deformation amount are automatically recorded. In the fixed value test, the test is carried out according to the set pressure or deformation amount. In the stacking test, the set pressure is continuously applied to the specimen within the specified time to evaluate its pressure durability. The whole process is automatically controlled by the measurement and control system and data is collected.

Steps
1. Set test parameters, such as pressure value, deformation, speed or time, according to the test requirements (compression, fixed value or stacking test).
2. Place the specimen (e.g. carton) correctly in the center of the lower platen.
3. Start the device, press down the upper pressure plate at a preset speed, and apply a load to the sample.
4. The equipment automatically completes the testing process, recording and displaying relevant data (e.g. maximum pressure, deformation).
5. After the test, the upper pressure plate automatically returns to its original position.
6. View and analyze the data through the measurement and control system (computer software or LCD screen), and print the test report.
Notice
• Power frequency of the equipment is AC380V +/- 22V 50Hz 10A and must be reliably grounded.
Before testing, make sure that the specimen is placed smoothly in the center of the lower platen.
• Set parameters reasonably according to the type of test (e.g. stacking test needs to last 12 or 24 hours).
• The equipment provides two configurations: Type A (computer software measurement and control) and Type B (LCD Chinese display measurement and control), and users can choose according to their needs.
• Non-standard specifications can be customized.
• Pay attention to the safety protection function of the equipment. In case of abnormality (such as overload or power failure), please follow the safety procedures.
