Overview
LABO LB-KY10A Compressive tester is a professional equipment used to test the compressive strength of cartons, Encasement containers and transportation Encasement parts. The equipment has three core functions of compressive test, fixed value test and stacking test. It can measure the ultimate compressive strength, detect the overall performance of the box and simulate the pressure durability under storage and transportation conditions. It integrates data display, storage, statistical analysis and report printing.
Features
High Accuracy Force Sensor, factory accuracy < 0.5%, better than ISO standard +/- 1%.
2. Fully automatic test completion, with data display, memory storage, statistical analysis and report printing functions, easy to operate.
3. The test speed and return speed can be preset, and the position of the upper pressure plate can be adjusted freely, making the test fast and effective.
4. The Force Sensor is located above, which is convenient for users or third parties to use the standard Sensor for Indication Error calibrating.
5. With multiple safety protection measures: pressure value overload protection, power-off automatic locking transmission protection, Sensor pressure value automatically returns to zero, and the test is completed automatically returns to the initial position.
Principle
The testing machine applies pressure to the sample (such as a carton) placed on the lower pressing plate by driving the upper pressing plate downward. In the compression test, the equipment continues to pressurize until the sample is destroyed, and automatically records the maximum pressure value and the amount of compression deformation. In the fixed value test, the box performance is judged according to the set pressure or deformation amount. In the stacking test, a continuous and constant pressure is applied to the sample to simulate the long-term stacking state and test its durability.
Applications
Cartons, Encasement Containers, Transport Encasement Parts
Steps
1. Place the specimen in the center of the lower platen.
2. According to the type of test (pressure resistance, fixed value or stacking), set the corresponding parameters (such as pressure value, deformation, time, etc.) on the measurement and control system.
3. Start the device, and the upper pressure plate decreases at a preset speed to pressurize the sample.
4. Equipment automatically records data during the test.
5. After the test is completed, the equipment automatically stops and returns to its original position.
6. View, analyze data and print test reports through computer software or LCD screens.
Notice
The power supply of the equipment is AC380V +/- 22V 50Hz 10A and must be reliably grounded.
• Before the test, make sure that the upper and lower pressure plates are clean and flat, and the sample is placed in the center.
• Set the test speed and pressure value reasonably according to the characteristics of the sample to avoid overload.
When the equipment is running, do not put your hands or foreign objects between the pressure plates.
Equipment is regularly maintained and calibrated to ensure test accuracy.
• Pay attention to distinguish the configuration differences between Type A (computer software measurement and control) and Type B (LCD Chinese display measurement and control).
• Non-standard specifications can be customized.
