LABO LB-ZG50 double column paper tube Compressive tester is suitable for all kinds of industrial paper tubes, chemical fiber tubes, plastic tubes and other compressire strength and deformation detection.
Features

5. The instrument is specially calibrated to facilitate the Measurement and Calibrating Department (third party) to calibrate the instrument.
Principle
The instrument drives the stainless steel platen to apply pressure to the sample through the precision ball screw drive system, uses the High Accuracy Force Value Sensor to detect the compressire strength in real time, and ensures the accurate and effective test process through stepper motor and American chip control.

Steps
1. Enter the calibrated test program (if calibrated is required).
2. Put the Standard Sensor between the upper and lower plates for Indication Error calibrating.
3. Place the specimen between the plates.
4. Set test parameters (e.g. pressurization speed).
5. Start the test, and the instrument automatically completes the detection of compressire strength and deformation.
6. View, store, or print test data.
Notice
• Standard Sensors are required when calibrating.
• Ensure that the parallelism of the platen meets the requirements before testing.
• Adjust the pressurization speed and return speed according to the characteristics of the sample.
• Test accuracy is regularly calibrated.
