Principle

The Sampler precisely cuts a sample with an area of 100cm ² from paper or Cardboard by stamping. The cut sample is weighed and then converted according to the area to obtain the mass per unit area of the material (Grammage).

Steps

1. Place the paper or Cardboard to be tested on the Sampler workbench. 2. Operate the Sampler and press to cut a 100cm ² sample. 3. Remove the cut sample. 4. Use Balance to accurately weigh the specimen. 5. Calculate the Grammage (g/m ²) of the material according to the weight and area of the sample (100cm ²).
