Overview
LB-TPKY50 tray Compressive tester is a LABO brand High Accuracy test equipment. It adopts American Shiquan High Accuracy Force Sensor (Precision < 0.5%), Japan Panasonic servo drive system and Taiwan TBI precision ball screw sub-drive to ensure running displacement accuracy, Reliability and Stability. The device supports free adjustment of preset Test speed, return speed and upper platen position, and automatically completes the test, which is convenient and efficient to operate. The Sensor is located above and connected to the upper platen, which is convenient for users or third parties to perform Indication Error calibrating through the standard Sensor.

Principle
The testing machine controls the precision ball screw pair drive through the servo drive system to achieve accurate displacement of the upper pressure plate. The force sensor is located above to monitor the applied force value in real time. The data collection system uses 24-bit AD chip high-speed sampling, combined with ARM processor for closed-loop control, to ensure that the speed, displacement and force during the test process are accurately matched. Users can automatically complete the test with preset parameters and calibrate with standard Sensors.

* Power supply voltage needs to be AC220V +/- 10% 50/60Hz, and reliable grounding
* Ensure Plate Smoothness Within +/- 0.25mm, Parallelism ≤ 1.5m
