Overview
LABO LB-ZD100 simulated transportation vibration test bench is mainly used to evaluate the strength of Encasement parts under sinusoidal vibration or resonance and the protection ability of Encasement to the contents, and test Encasement shock and anti-collision performance. The equipment can detect product structural defects in the laboratory in time, and ensure stable performance during transportation through improved design.

Principle
The equipment adopts motor excitation mode, and the running speed is controlled by DC speed regulation to generate swirl/spin vibration. The motion trajectory is elliptical, and the vibration environment during transportation is simulated to evaluate the performance of Encasement parts.

Steps
1. Set the running speed to be adjustable within the range of 150-300RPM
2. Set the time range from 1 second to 999 hours
3. Start the equipment for vibration testing
4. Monitor the test process to ensure that the Safety protection device works properly

• Operating humidity at 0-90% RH to avoid condensation
• The load does not exceed the maximum test load of 100kg
