Overview
The HG-100 Portable Force Gauge is a general-purpose Portable push-pull load test instrument produced by HBO. It belongs to the HG series digital display Force Gauge, with a maximum measurement load of 100N. The product has the function of Data storage, which can store 99 sets of test data. Measurement accuracy is high and Stability is good. The sampling speed reaches 120Hz, and various units such as N, kgf, and lbf are automatically exchanged without manual conversion. In addition, the Force Gauge can be connected to a PC to transmit and store test data for management.

Principle
The HG-100 Portable Force Gauge detects push-pull loads through built-in or external Sensor structures, uses ADC conversion technology to convert physical signals into digital signals, and the sampling speed ranges from 15Hz to 480Hz. The instrument displays measurement results in real time through a segment LCD display, supports multiple test modes and automatic unit conversion, and can perform data management and analysis through the upper computer software.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply or use the built-in lithium battery for power supply.
2. Select the test mode as required (real-time force tracking mode, peak holding mode, or first peak mode).
3. Set parameters such as unit, upper and lower limit comparison value, peak retention time, etc
4. Perform a push-pull force test, and the instrument automatically displays and stores data
5. Data can be transferred through PC connection, Data analysis and management using PC software
6. After the test is completed, you can export the data in excel format or generate a test report

• relative humidity should be kept at 15%~ 80% RH
