Overview
The HG-5000 Precision Force Gauge is the HG series digital display Force Gauge produced by HBO. It uses a segmented LCD screen to display measurement data and has a green backlight function. The product is an external Sensor type with a serial output interface, which can be connected to print test data or host computer operation management data. The maximum Measured value is 5000N.

Principle
HG-5000 Precision Force Gauge collects push-pull force data through an external Sensor, which is converted by ADC and displayed on a segment LCD screen. It supports a variety of test modes and unit conversions, and connects printing equipment or host computers through serial output interfaces for data management and analysis.

Steps
1. Connect Sensor and Power
2. Power on and set parameters such as unit and test mode
3. Perform a push-pull force test and observe the display data
4. Use the upper and lower limit comparison function to determine the eligibility of the data
5. Store test data or connect to the host computer to export the report
6. Shut down or set automatic shutdown after the test is completed

• Operating temperature range is 0~ 40 ℃, storage temperature is -20~ 70 ℃
• relative humidity should be kept at 15%~ 80% RH
• The surrounding environment should be free of vibration and corrosion medium
• Charge with a special charger, input AC 220V/50HZ, output DC 5V/1A
• Avoid exceeding the maximum Measured value of 5000N to prevent damage to the equipment
• Regularly check whether the limit protection function is normal
