Overview
HBO HG-50K Digital Display Force Gauge is an external Sensor type conventional digital display Force Gauge with small size, light mass, easy portability and high Measurement accuracy. The product has a maximum load value of 50KN, which can realize peak hold and peak automatic release functions by setting the time, automatic shutdown function without operation, and can freely set the gravity acceleration value for more accurate control operation.

Principle
HG-50K Digital Display Force Gauge detects the force value through an external Sensor, converts the analog signal into a digital signal and displays it on the segment LCD. It supports a variety of test modes, including real-time force value tracking, peak holding and first peak mode, and performs data qualification judgment by setting upper and lower limit comparison values. Accurate measurement and control are achieved with sound alarm and level signal output.

Steps
1. Connect the Power Adapter or use the built-in lithium battery for power supply
2. Set the test mode, unit, upper and lower limit values, peak holding time, gravitational acceleration value and other parameters by pressing the button
3. Connect the contact rod for force value test
4. Observe the display window reading and judge the upper and lower limit status according to the indicator lights
5. Store test data, export data or generate reports via Communication interface
6. Turn off the power or set the automatic shutdown after use
