HBO HF-2 Digital Display Force Gauge is a universal Portable tension pressure measuring instrument of HF series. It adopts electronic Sensor technology and the built-in Sensor corresponds to the measurement load value of 2N. The product is small in size and convenient to carry. It has the advantages of high accuracy, easy operation, high Sensitivity and reliable data. It is suitable for tensile pressure load test, insertion force test and failure test of various products. It can be combined with machine and fixture to form a small testing machine. Equipped with special host computer software, it can realize Data storage, analysis, export, query and printing functions, and is widely used in mass detection, physical experiment, engineering test and other fields.

Principle
The HF-2 Digital Display Force Gauge adopts electronic Sensor technology, which detects the applied push-pull force through the built-in Sensor, converts the mechanical force into an electrical signal, and displays the measurement results in digital form after processing. It has a variety of test modes such as real-time force tracking, peak holding, and first peak holding, which can accurately measure parameters such as push-pull load and insertion force.

Steps
1. Connecting contacts Connecting rods and test fixtures
2. Turn on the power and select the display language and unit
3. Set the test mode as required (real-time force tracking, peak holding, first peak, button pressure-rebound mode)
4. Set the upper and lower limit comparison value, peak holding time, gravity acceleration value and other parameters
5. Perform the test operation and observe the display window reading
6. Test data is automatically stored and can be connected to the computer through the Communication interface
7. Data analysis, export and report generation using PC software
