Overview
HF-100 small Force Gauge is a built-in Sensor type Force Gauge with a maximum load value of 100N. It is powered by nickel-metal hydride battery and has a liquid crystal digital display design, which can view test data in real time. It has a Communication interface to connect to the printer, supports the first peak hold mode, and can be freely switched in three units: N, kgf, and lbf. This product is a general-purpose Portable tensile pressure measuring instrument. It adopts electronic Sensor technology and is suitable for tensile pressure load test, plug-in force test, failure test, etc. of various products. It can be combined with a machine and a fixture to form a small testing machine. It has the advantages of high accuracy, easy operation, high Sensitivity, and reliable data.

Principle
The HF-100 Small Force Gauge adopts electronic Sensor technology, which detects the push-pull signal through the built-in Sensor, and displays the measurement data in real time on the LCD screen after conversion by ADC. The instrument supports a variety of test modes, which can accurately measure mechanical parameters such as pull and thrust, and connects with external devices through Communication interface to realize data collection and analysis.

Steps
1. Measurement mode, force unit and other basic parameters
2. Start the test after setting the basic parameters, hold the Force Gauge firmly with both hands, and keep the direction of pushing or pulling force consistent with the axis of the test rod during the test process
3. After the test is completed, slowly unload the load, turn off the power supply, remove the test head, clean the Force Gauge and various components and put them back in the toolbox
